Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Email us at info@skivatails.ca within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll guide you through the return and provide a prepaid return label if approved.
⚠️ Important Note
Returns sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.
Used or soiled pet items are not eligible unless there is a quality issue.
